Get ready to hit the high seas for a new season of Below Deck Mediterranean. Captain Sandy Yawn, Aesha Scott, Elena Dubaich, a new chef, and new sets of deckhands and stews from all around the world arrived in Athens, Greece to take on charter guests for Season 9.

Captain Sandy Yawn
The longtime Below Deck Med captain, who has appeared on eight consecutive seasons of the show, is from Bradenton, Florida.
Sandy and her new wife, Leah Shafer, had been living in Colorado together in the off-season, but Leah and Sandy are moving back to Sandy's home state in the near future.
Leah and Sandy tied the knot on a boat in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on May 11.
Aesha Scott
The chief stew hails from Tauranga, New Zealand.
Aesha first appeared on Below Deck Mediterranean back in Season 4, when she was a second stew. She popped up on Season 5 as well before taking on a chief stew position on Below Deck Down Under. After working alongside Captain Jason Chambers for two seasons of Below Deck Down Under, Aesha is back to her roots in the Mediterranean.
Jonathan Shillingford
The Season 9 chef is from Roseau, Dominica, and he has seven years of experience in the yachting industry.
Iain Maclean
The Bosun, who has been in yachting for five years, calls Cape Town, South Africa his home city.
Joe Bradley
The deckhand, who is not to be confused with Southern Hospitality's Joe Bradley, is from Alicante, Spain.
Nathan Gallagher
The deckhand is from Burtonport, Ireland. When he's not working on boats, Nathan enjoys traveling.
Gael Cameron
Like numerous other yachties in the Below Deck universe, the Season 9 deckhand comes from Australia. Gael is from Sydney.
Elena Dubaich
Elena, who previously appeared on one charter of Below Deck Med Season 7, comes from Škofja Loka, Slovenia.
Bri Muller
The stew, who took a course on manicures and pedicures (but didn't get certified), is from Port Elizabeth, South Africa.
