Kristen Doute Posts Photos from a Romantic Getaway with Her New Boyfriend
The Vanderpump Rules cast member is opening up about her romance.
Kristen Doute is feeling nostalgic. The Vanderpump Rules cast member took to Instagram this week to share throwback photos of a trip she took to Mexico with boyfriend Alex Menache and shed some light on just what went down during their little getaway.
"Remember when we went to Tulum and I got our credit cards stolen (and your license) but we traveled and went on adventures and swam freely? I miss that," she said about the vacation. The photos she shared from the trip include the couple being adorable and taking in the sights.
These new (old) photos of the couple come shortly after Kristen first went Instagram official with Alex earlier this month. Kristen has slowly been letting fans into their relationship — back in March, Kristen confirmed that she was seeing someone new in a chat with Andy Cohen following her split from Brian Carter.
Speaking of Carter, she recently spoke to Us Weekly and shared if she's told her ex about her new relationship.
“[Carter has] known about Alex and I since before I went public with it. And that definitely created a strain,” she said in her interview with the publication. “But I know he’s dating as well now. And I think [hearing that] was as hard as it was for me to just come out and tell him, like, I am dating someone else. And I didn’t want to hurt his feelings. But I had to keep on my self-love journey and live my truth and live the life that I want to live regardless of how it made someone else feel. So I handled it a bit with kid gloves. We don’t talk very often. And I think that’s the healthiest thing for both of us right now. But maybe one day.”
