Well, Bravo superfan Danny Pellegrino, the host of the podcast Everything Iconic, got to live out that very fantasy when he served as the guest bartender during the February 25 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. The podcaster asked Andy to spill the tea on all the latest hot Bravo topics, including the recent news that Kate Chastain would not be returning to Below Deck. Kate confirmed her departure from Below Deck after six seasons as chief stew following Part 2 of the Season 7 reunion.

"After many months of reflection and internal discussions, I have chosen to make a transition this year in starting to carve out a progressive new land based role," she wrote in a statement on Instagram that echoed Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's announcement that they would be stepping back from royal life in January. "I intend to step back as a senior member of the Below Deck Family and work to become financially independent, while continuing to fully support His Majesty Andy Cohen.”
