Craig Conover and Paige DeSorbo are celebrating their anniversary on Thursday's upcoming episode of Winter House, and with the occasion comes the potential for a big step in their relationship.

Why? Because Craig wants Paige to move to Charleston — temporarily, at least. The Summer House cast member has been apprehensive about the idea in the past, but Craig came prepared for the discussion this time, with flowers and french toast in tow. 

"I thought it would be nice just to let you know that I'm thinking about you," he tells her in the above sneak peek. "I know we're not gonna get to see each other too much next month."

Then comes the moment of truth as the Southern Charm cast member continues, "I was like, 'Oh, maybe if she has a month or two free, you can come, you know, spend them in Charleston with me.'"

Paige's response? "I would do that for the month of May and June."

In a confessional she adds, "I'm obviously not ready to full-time live with Craig. We just spent two weeks and half of it we screamed at each other. But I think moving in for May or June is such a great way to see how we really do live together — not in a vacation home."

"I better get my bows and my hair clips ready," Paige concludes, "because I'm going down South!"
