Adrienne Bailon Reveals Major Weight Loss and the Diet Behind It

Talk show host Adrienne Bailon opened up about her recent lifestyle tweaks.

TV personality Adrienne Bailon has slimmed down after following a vegan diet. The Real co-host recently opened up about her lifestyle changes on air, explaining that having Hashimoto's Disease inspired her to adopt the plant-based eating plan. 

During The Real's season premiere on September 16, Bailon shared: "I said last season that I went vegan. I stuck with it all summer and stuck with a plant-based diet. It has made a world of a difference.

She added, "Lots of you guys know I suffer from Hashimoto's, which is an autoimmune disease. So it's really been helpful for that. I feel great and happy to be back." 

The singer and actress first announced hr plans to become vegan back in February. Since then. she's fully committed to the lifestyle, and once shared a video detailing some of her favorite diet-compliant recipes on her YouTube channel All Things Adrienne. Some of her go-to eats? Apple-pie pancakes, cauliflower rice sushi, and pizza with sweet-potato crust.
