Jax Taylor Shares a Healthy, 3-Ingredient Breakfast Recipe

The Vanderpump Rules bartender starts off his day with this protein-packed meal.

Jax Taylor has been on a workout kick lately, hitting up classes at LIT Method and running regularly on his Peleton treadmill. And though he can't resist the occasional Hooters snack, the bartender has also been eating pretty clean. For proof, look no farther than the easy, healthy breakfast dish he whipped up on October 1.

In his Instagram Stories, Jax showed off the bowl he was about to consume, and added the motivational caption, "Let's go!!!" replete with a muscle emoji. "Today's breakfast: oatmeal, unsweetened apple sauce, protein powder — chocolate," the Vanderpump Rules hubby shared. 

Easy-peasy is just how we like it before we've had our coffee, so we approve this recipe for A.M. eats.
