Oreos Just Released Christmas Cookies and There Are Sugar Crystals Inside — So Santa, Get Stoked

If you ask us, if it ain't broke, don't add cherry-cola flavoring. Translation? We think classic Oreos are pretty bomb. After all, there is nothing wrong with dark-chocolate cookies hugging a sweet, creamy center. But, when the holidays roll around, we're willing to get a little crazy with sweets and try out different Christmas cookies.

Here's how we look at it: Santa Claus himself is willing to sample cookies from families scattered around the globe — and those have been sitting out by the fireplace all night. So, we're going to go on and get festive with Oreos' new Christmas recipe, which puts a festive spin on the cookies' usual flavor. Ladies and gentlemen, meet Peppermint Bark Oreos. 

Already sold in select stores (including Walmart  and Target) and available for purchase on sites like Amazon, the minty treats have flavored cream in the center. Now, before you go telling us that mint Oreos are nothing new, hear us out. (Or, as Dorinda Medley might say: clip!) 

The new Oreos not only have peppermint-flavored cream, but they're also studded with sugar crystals. Ah, it's like a minty winter wonderland you can dunk into milk! And if you're not feeling the love on this one, we're going to go ahead and guess that you're one of those people who can't get behind peanut-brittle M&Ms, either.
