New Mom Porsha Williams Credits This Small Diet Change for Her Post-Baby Weight Loss
The Real Housewives of Atlanta mama didn't feel pressure to undertake a major weight-loss plan. Instead, she made a teeny tweak.
Eva Longoria once described her post-baby diet as "eating air," but Porsha Williams has had a decidedly different eating experience after childbirth. The Real Housewives of Atlanta mom recently shared her approach to dieting after delivering Pilar Jhena McKinley back in March. And as it turns out, she didn't tweak much — or even swear off carbs. (Hallelujah!)
In a heartfelt Instagram post that showed her looking fit as a fiddle, the new mama had this to say: "Sooo I have def been taking my time when it comes to loosing my baby weight!" she wrote. "I’m big on enjoying every step of this experience and I didn’t want to cloud it with worrying about my size ... However lately I’ve decided to start eating healthy."
In addition to giving up soda, the Atlanta beauty shared that she's been drinking "a gang of water." She added, "I still don’t think I’m ready to start working out so I’ll probably wait another month to get in gym so for now it’s just portion control and good food choices."
Portion control sounds like a gentle and completely sensible diet plan, and Porsha was being modest when she said, "I actually can see some early changes in my body." The proof if in the selfie, below:
