Never Have We Related to Denise Richards More Than When Seeing Her Furry Family

So far, we've seen Luke, Baby, and George (to name a few), but Denise Richards has way (way) more furry and feathered friends than just those dogs.

Whether you’re up-to-date on (or totally over) the Lucy Lucy Apple Juice situation that has rocked this season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, you can still probably agree with the following — Denise Richards seems like a really relatable person (who has the same exact reaction we have to a full bread basket). I mean, just look at Denise rocking a messy bun and a white tank top while bottle-feeding orphaned puppies!

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on Peacock and the Bravo App.

OK, that hasn't happened on this season (yet)... but it did still happen IRL.

That little face! That little bottle!

It should come as no surprise that Denise is an animal-lover — and has always been an animal-lover, as she stated in a throwback post last year.

Recently, she declared her love again with a repost video that depicts a dog sharing a slice of watermelon with a rat. “I love animals so much.... we can learn a lot from them…” she wrote in the caption. (And she said this about a rat!)

Along with enough rescue dogs to populate a basketball team — we counted eight currently living with her from her Instagram alone — Denise also owns a horse, a cat, and a pig, all of who reside peacefully on her beachfront property in Malibu. In order from largest to smallest, we outline some of our favorites from Instagram below.

First, there’s Marvin, her daughters’ horse.

Then there is Rosie, Denise’s potbellied pig, who even shares Denise’s bed.

Recently, Rosie and her animal siblings were in danger of losing their home to the Woolsey fires, but were luckily spared.

Then there are the dogs. Tucker is a large golden retriever who loves bread like his mama.

And also the song “Dream Weaver” because clearly he exists on an astral plane.

Lily is a large black mutt who loves to take long walks on the beach…

After which she likes to snuggle by the fire…

With her brother Leo, a French bulldog.

Luke is a poodle mix who loves watching the waves from his sleek glass-enclosed balcony.

Luke is especially attached to Denise’s daughters, as made evident by his heartbreak after they returned to school in the fall.

Luke is also the avowed caretaker of his canine siblings, and even gives baths to Henry, a beagle mix, and Baby, a cute pug.

Such a good boy!

There’s Betty, who’s got lounging by the pool down to a science.

And finally George, a Chihuahua mix who appears to be a mega mama’s boy…

And also one of those dogs who yelp when you try to make the bed because they’re still sleeping under the covers.

George used to have a friend-in-size named Marvin, who sadly passed away at the age of 23 right before Christmas (but you may have caught a glimpse of him on the March 19 episode — he passed soon after Love, an 18-year-old Yorkie mix).

Before he died, Marvin posed for a picture with Stan, the family’s beautiful gray cat.

And was able to spend some time snuggling with puppies Denise was fostering before they found a good home.

Along with being a dog mom, Denise is also the aunt to two beautiful puggies, Doug and Daisy.

And the happy host to the ducks who splash around in her pool…

And the birds who swim in waves outside of her house…

Throughout the years, Denise and her family have frequently had to say goodbye to beloved pets, many of whom were rescued before they were euthanized.

She always pays a beautiful tribute to them on Instagram.

With all of these pets, Denise seems to have such a full and happy life.
