On Part 3 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 11 reunion, Kyle Richards talked about a particularly extravagant gift she once received from Mauricio Umansky. As the conversation continued, Kathy Hilton revealed that she and Rick Hilton take a totally different approach when it comes to gift giving.

"We don't buy each other gifts like that anymore," she said. "For our big anniversary, you're not gonna believe what I got. It was a sterling silver shell. But [Rick] collects shells. It was for him." And what did Kathy give her husband in return? "A sweater," she shared. "I buy him a sweater for Christmas and his anniversary, always."

Although the couple may not buy each other over-the-top presents, they do make some notably large purchases together. On the show's October 6 episode, Kathy opened up about the 18,000-square-foot house she built from the ground up. "This house, we bought, Rick and I, for ourselves," she said. "But Rick goes, 'Don't you have like all these sentimental memories here and everything? I mean [our current] house is perfect for us.' It really means a lot for him to stay here, so I'm fine with that."

"This is one of my projects," she explained to Sutton Stracke as she showed her around the under-construction abode. "I am going to sell this." The incredible home recently hit the market for $55 million, and as Kathy explained during the episode, it's the "best of the best."
