Go Inside the Moment Kyle Richards Gave Morgan Wade a "K" Tattoo
The RHOBH cast member shared new details about her friendship with the country singer, including why her initial is on Morgan's arm.
Kyle Richards' fans — and friends — have taken a notable interest in the details of her friendship with Morgan Wade, including the country singer's "K" tattoo on her arm. While Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave recently offered her perspective on why Morgan has the tattoo, a recent episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills showed exactly how the moment happened.
During the Season 13 Episode 6 of RHOBH, which aired on November 29, Morgan joined Kyle as she got a new tattoo. "I overthink these things...you clearly just don't overthink," Kyle said to Morgan, referencing the musician's numerous tattoos. "I'm all covered," Morgan said.
Details on Morgan Wade's "K" tattoo done by Kyle Richards
Well, not all covered. Later in the episode, it was revealed that Kyle wasn't the only one who walked away with a tattoo that day. While Kyle had hers done by a professional tattoo artist, Morgan told Kyle, "I will let you tattoo me."
"What do you want me to do?" Kyle asked. "What if I just surprise you?"
Morgan agreed, telling Kyle, "That's fine." After the tattoo of a "K" was finished, Morgan laughed and declared, "You know what? No one else can say they've been tattooed by Kyle Richards."
Later, as the two chatted about the moment via FaceTime, Kyle noted that the "K" tattoo was just one of several on Morgan's body. "You have so many things on there, you've got a trout and a roll of toilet paper. I can't think of one thing you actually don't have on you. So what's one extra little thing?" she said, to which Morgan quipped, "This is true, and it's the only thing you can draw."
Kyle Richards talks about her bond with Morgan Wade
Tattoos aren't the only thing Kyle and Morgan bond over. Earlier in the episode, Kyle opened up about Morgan, noting they are "very close friends" who "talk every day."
"Morgan has been sober for six years, and it is nice to have friends that you have things in common with," she continued in an episode interview. "We like to workout. We don't like to drink. It's nice to surround yourself with like-minded people."
On an October episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Kyle shared more about her relationship with Morgan. "I can tell you that she is absolutely one of my best, best friends in the world, as well as Teddi," Kyle explained. "We're all very close."
"I met her through Instagram, and then when we met her the first time, we went together," Kyle said while motioning towards Teddi, who was also a guest in the Clubhouse that night. "And then we started a group chat, and we would speak every morning because we all wake up really early...We all became very, very close."
