The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member shared a look her numerous tattoos and explained the meaning of each one.
Kyle Richards is ready for new body art. After The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member revealed in August 2022 that she had gotten her first two tattoos, she has added several others in the year-plus since. As she explained on the Season 13 premiere of RHOBH, she is now considering at least one more.
During the episode, which aired on October 25, Kyle showed Mauricio Umansky each of her tattoos after he admitted he "only knew of three." Although Mauricio felt Kyle had "enough" tattoos, she explained, "I think I'm gonna get another one...If I want to, I will."

Kyle Richards' heart tattoo on her wrist
Kyle has the outline of a heart on one of her wrists. “This is a new, new thing,” Kyle told BravoTV.com of her body art backstage at the RHOBH Season 12 reunion taping. During Part 2 of that season's reunion, Kyle noted that her heart tattoo "means something" to her, although she did not elaborate at the time.
Why Kyle Richards has a Roman numeral 18 on her wrist
After Kyle debuted her two wrist tattoos in an August 2022 Instagram post, her daughter Alexia Umansky shared the following month why the number is meaningful. “All my sisters have 18 in their birthday,” Alexia wrote in an Instagram Story. “That being said, it’s our family’s lucky number.” Another reason the digits are important to their family: “In the Jewish religion, ‘18’ can be translated into ‘life’/‘chai.’ A lot of times, people gift money or donate in multiples of 18 because it’s believed to be good luck.”

After inking her wrists, Kyle got one of her ankles tattooed with a crescent moon and four stars. “I just got this yesterday, a new one," she explained during Part 2 of the RHOBH Season 12 reunion. "A moon and four stars, each star to represent my four daughters.”

Although Kyle hasn't spoken much about this tattoo, crossed arrows can symbolize friendship and connection.
Kyle Richards' “111” tattoo on her rib cage
In January 2023, Kyle's birthday celebration at home included an artist coming to do her fourth tattoo: “111” on her rib cage. Her daughter Sophia Umansky shared a close-up look at the ink in an Instagram Story.“111 on 1/11,” Sophia captioned her photo, adding an angel emoji in reference to “111” being considered an angel number in numerology.
Kyle Richards' Saturn tattoo
On Season 13, Episode 6 of RHOBH, Kyle decided to get a tattoo of Saturn surrounded by four stars. "What does that symbolize?" Mauricio asked Kyle.
"I just thought it was cute," she explained. "Like, who's going to see this?"
Kyle Richards and Kathy Hilton's matching four-leaf clover tattoos
It seems Kyle has added another tattoo since she had that conversation with Mauricio. In a September 2023 Amazon Live, Kyle showed her one of her ankles with a seemingly new four-leaf clover design. "I am Irish, and I have four kids, and it's a four-leaf clover," she said. "And it looks like four hearts."
As it turns out, Kyle's sister Kathy Hilton got the same tattoo. On the November 29 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Kathy shocked her daughter Paris Hilton when she showed the ink on her ankle. "You have a tattoo?" Paris asked, to which Kathy replied, "Morgan, Kyle, and I got a tattoo."
Explaining they had the tattoos done at her house, Kathy added, "Four-leaf clovers are my favorite thing."

On March 2, Kyle shared an Instagram Story showing her new tattoo, a cowboy hat on her arms.
