See the Mother's Day Cake Lisa Rinna's Daughters Made Her from Scratch
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills mom was blown away by the sweet treat from Amelia Gray and Delilah Belle.
Lisa Rinna once declared that her last meal on earth would be "pizza, pasta, and cake," so naturally, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member's daughters got to work on making one of the items for her Mother's Day celebration.
On May 10, Lisa gave her Instagram followers a peek at her family festivities, which included a homemade cake from her daughters, Amelia Gray and Delilah Belle Hamlin.
"I love cake!!!" Lisa captioned a photo of the dessert, which had what appeared to be pieces of Reese's Mini Peanut Butter Cups arranged to spell "MOM" on top of the round cake's brown icing. "The Girls made me a cake from scratch!!!"
As she dug into the treat, Lisa shared a glimpse at her tablescape for the day, which included a variety of colorful balloons, gorgeous flowers, a dish decorated with pineapples, and a matching mug filled with tea. "How cute this is," she said aloud. "Guys!"
Lisa and Harry Hamlin's daughters have been busy whipping up sweet treats in recent months. "The kids are baking a lot," Lisa said in an April interview with the Los Angeles Times. "We’ve had so much baking going on: cinnamon rolls, brownies, lemon cake.”
While Amelia Gray and Delilah Belle have also gotten creative with more savory meals including recreating Benihana steak and stir-fry, Harry typically handles preparing family dinner. "He’s making dinner every night,” she said in the same interview. “He’s cooking for us, which is a godsend because if he didn’t, I would starve. I’d literally starve. So that’s a good thing."
For fresh vegetables and herbs, Harry can take just a few steps outside. In March, Lisa excitedly gave an Instagram Story tour of her husband's backyard vegetable garden, although she wasn't quite 100 percent sure what Harry was growing. “That’s rosemary, I know that,” she said at the time while panning around the garden. “Lettuce, butter lettuce, romaine lettuce, is that parsley? Or carrots. Is that cilantro?”
