Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave doesn't consider three to be a crowd. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member recently opened up to her Instagram followers about why letting her son, Cruz, sleep in her and Edwin Arroyave's bedroom has been the right choice for their family.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on Peacock and the Bravo App.

"He has anxiety at night and anytime we try to transition him back to his room it's terrible," Teddi wrote of her 6-year-old. "[Edwin] and I agreed that we would rather go to bed happy and loving with him [than] stressed ass parents in bad moods struggling nonstop to get him to sleep while he is miserable."

While she's more than happy to have Cruz sleep in her room, Teddi admitted there is one slight downside to having him there at night. After revealing that she's "obsessed" with The Real Housewives of Potomac, Teddi explained, "With Cruz as our roommate it limits the amount of time I have to watch TV." Still, it seems Teddi is able to stay up-to-date with the show, as she explained, "I watch that one religiously."

Teddi also recently gave a sleep update on her and Edwin's youngest child, their daughter Dove. After previously calling the Snoo a "game changer" months prior, Teddi revealed that Dove was ready to move on from the "smart" sleeper bassinet. "It's official," Teddi wrote. "We are out of the [Snoo] and in our big girl crib."

Teddi previously explained how the Snoo helped Dove's sleep patterns. "Dove already sleeps from 7 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. and then eats and then goes right back down and then sleeps from 2 a.m. to 6:30 a.m,” she wrote at the time, adding, “So, [the Snoo is] pretty amazing.”
