Yolanda Hadid Shares What She's Been Eating During the COVID-19 Pandemic
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum tweaked her daily diet, and "the energy shift was significant."
Yolanda Hadid has provided clean-eating inspiration for years. When she lived in California, her glass refrigerator was always filled with fresh fruits and vegetables, And now that she lives on a Pennsylvania farm, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum takes advantage of its natural bounty to whip up meals filled with garden-fresh herbs and vegetables. But every now and then, even Yolanda craves a little dietary reset.
In a recent Instagram share, the grandmother-to-be offered an update on what she's been eating lately. "Although I usually eat pretty healthy, a lot of the [COVID] lockdown with my family was spent in the kitchen, enjoying new recipes and lots of comfort foods," she wrote. "I too love pancakes, [French] fries and pizza but unfortunately my body is just not set up for that."
So about a month ago, Yolanda cleaned things up. "I just finished a 30 day 'cleanse to heal' eating a abundance of fruits & vegetables and starting each morning with celery juice," she wrote. "The energy shift was significant and its always fascinating to see how the body wants to heal itself given the right nutrition." Indeed, fresh vegetables look good on this model mama:
Yolanda is not the only Bravolebrity who's been charmed by celery juice and its purported health benefits. Kyle Richards and her daughter Farrah have both been known to sip on the stuff, and Lisa Rinna drinks it, too.
