The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills ladies have each revealed details about the diets they eat to stay looking good and feeling great. Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave says she eats soup for dinner "9 times out of 10," cast mate Kyle Richards swears by celery juice, and Erika Girardi maintains a very relatable balance when it comes to her intake.

And now, Dorit Kemsley is opening up more about her own approach. When she shared a pic of herself looking stunning on Instagram, fans couldn't help but get inspired by her fit physique — and hope to emulate her patterns. "What would you typically eat for an evening meal?" one fan commented. Dorit replied, "Salmon, chicken, brown rice, and veggies. Or a yummy soup and a nice salad." (Dorit recently revealed her exact favorite soup recipe.)

In response to another commenter asking about her "diet regime [sic]," Dorit got much more specific. She said, "I like to eat healthy. I start my day with hot water and lemon. Then fresh celery juice and coffee."

Some familiar themes among the RHOBH here: There's that celeb-loved celery juice again! And Teddi, too, preaches starting each day with water.

Then, after exercising, Dorit said that she maintains her energy during busy days with "healthy snacks like apples and peanut butter, which my kids and I love. Or a banana with a handful of almonds are always good on-the-go snacks for me."

Overall, Dorit's approach sounds pretty doable: "For the most part, I eat healthy and clean, but I believe in moderation. If I have a naughty day, I'll be really good the next day."
