Kyle Richards Shows Us What's in Her Fridge

It's been a year of focusing on health for Kyle Richards. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills mom recently turned 50, and she told The Feast: "I really wanted to look and feel my best — I was actually terrified about turning 50 because the number sounded so scary... I’ve always worked out and dieted my entire life because I have to, because I’m not naturally thin. So I’m like, ‘Well, I’ve got to do something different so that when I turn 50 I’m gonna feel really amazing." So, what's gone into the feel-amazing action plan?

In addition to upping her workout regime, Kyle has been swigging celery juice like it's her job. She's also experimented with cleanses, and tried the Elissa Goodman soup cleanse back in January. And based on her latest Instagram snap, it looks like Kyle is hitting the soup hard, once again.

In the photo, the Beverly Hills beauty showed off more soups from Elissa Goodman. In three jars, the liquid concoctions amounted to what Kyle called: "spring cleanse!" Aha! So it looks like Kyle's kicking off each new season these days with a little soup cleanse. We're pretty sure her friend Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave would approve

Based on a little digging we did on Kyle's last cleanse, this is what we know about the Elissa Goodman regime. According to its website, the strict diet is a mostly vegetarian program. It consists of superfood elixirs, juices, shakes, teas, and salads. It eliminates sugar, dairy, unhealthy fats, and animal proteins from one’s diet, and is designed to boost energy, assist weight loss, and help the immune system.
