Anyone who follows Lisa Rinna's spontaneous dance parties on Instagram Stories knows one thing about The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills actress: She has energy. Lots and lots of energy. (See, also: her legendary moves at Andy Cohen's baby shower.) So, how does she stay so upbeat? Her daily mix of vitamins certainly doesn't hurt.
Lisa recently opened up about her wellness habits in a cover story for First For Women. Along with trying to stay present in each moment and practicing yoga regularly, the model mama spoke about the supplements she takes religiously.
"My doctor suggests different herbs to keep my body in check," she told First. "He'll put me on things for my adrenals, which get fatigued easily, but I also focus on getting my daily vitamins." So, what are those daily vitamins? Here's the lowdown:
"I take a multivitamin, B-12, Vitamin C, calcium and magnesium," Lisa revealed. "I also take 5,000 IUs of Vitamin D every day since my doctor is big on its healthy antioxidants and ability to lower the risk of breast cancer. The combo makes me feel so energized!" And to wind down? A Xanax smoothie, of course. (We kid, we kid.)
