Lisa Vanderpump Reveals the Most Personal Detail Inside Her New Vegas Restaurant
Lisa Vanderpump also reveals the way in which Vanderpump Cocktail Garden at Caesars Palace marks a first for her restaurant empire.
Lisa Vanderpump has just opened her much-anticipated new restaurant and nightspot Vanderpump Cocktail Garden at Caesars Palace, and The Feast brought you all the coverage from the over-the-top fabulous festivities — including a full review of the food and drink inside the stunning space.
But there's one detail of the decor within Vanderpump Cocktail Garden into which we've yet to deep dive — and not only is it one of the venue's most striking decor features, but it's also the most personally significant to its proprietor.
First, Lisa told The Feast while walking us through the venue, "We’ve never named anything after us or our family — Pump would be the nearest thing to that." So in that way, her eponymous cocktail garden marks a first for the restaurant mogul with the three-syllable name synonymous with a brand that represents opulence, energy, and prestige.
Lisa paused to admire the wall of gallery photos in gilded frames — stretching to the ceiling — between the venue's garden setting and its interior.
"So we put up really a documentation of all of the important moments — well there’s been many," she said, taking a moment to describe (and savor) the black-and-white images contained within the frames: "The children growing up and my brother’s boys and my brother and my grandmother and family pictures and a lot of our pets. So that’s just really sweet to have that there."
But superfans of Lisa and her shows Vanderpump Rules and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills are hereby warned: "None of you Bravo fans come and steal the pictures," Lisa joked. "They’re screwed to the wall!"
