Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave regularly shares some of her best tips for diet, fitness, and holistic wellness on Instagram. But rather than just prescribing an approach fans should follow, she also shares candid and specific details about her own daily practices.
On her flight back home after press days in NYC, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills accountability coach spent her time in the air answering fan questions. When one follower asked her how many times a day she eats, and Teddi responded plainly.
She explained, "5 times a day. Breakfast. Snack. Lunch. Snack. Dinner."
Teddi had previously shared with fans that she eats at precisely the same times every day, explaining that she keeps things regimented and avoids hunger cravings by eating, "breakfast by 8. Lunch at noon. Dinner at 6."
Teddi also previously told fans that she considers eating breakfast daily a diet an absolute must. She wrote on Instagram: "People often use being busy as a reason to skip breakfast... For me a healthy breakfast is a [nonnegotiable.]"
Her recent tips on the social media platform have included her hack for avoiding temptation, what she eats for dinner "9 times out of 10" to stay healthy, and the first thing she suggests consuming every day for wellness.
