Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave is expecting her third child, and it will come as a surprise to no one that the accountability coach is keeping her pregnancy diet clean. In a recent Instagram Story, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills mama shared a snap of the ingredients that go into her morning shakes these days, and the healthy recipe is super simple to replicate at home. 

Before she set out on a run, Teddi blended up bananas, peanut butter, spinach, and a boost of vanilla-flavored prenatal protein. (You can sub in regular protein powder if you're not pregnant.) We assume she also tossed in some liquid in there, and either almond or coconut milk would pair nicely with these energizing ingredients.
