In an exclusive tour of Stephanie Hollman's Dallas home (watch it in the video above), The Real Housewives of Dallas cast member shared that she enjoys sipping coffee from her terrace while looking out at the abode's "absolutely gorgeous" backyard view. But on May 31, she was horrified to find her idyllic outdoor space had totally flooded.
"I am highly concerned about my backyard," she said in an Instagram video. "I have never seen it rain so much in my entire life, and we are flooded. I've never seen it flood like this either." Noting she "did move the chairs" a few days prior, Stephanie said, "Hopefully they stay where I put them."
Unfortunately, one major item that did not stay put was the backyard fountain. "It is literally floating around. It's not even attached anymore," Stephanie said. Later, as she continued to watch the fountain move around the outdoor space, she added, "You've gotta be kidding me."
"This is crazy," she continued. "Absolutely crazy." In the caption of her Instagram video, Stephanie explained that she was growing more worried as the rain continued. "Very concerned about my backyard tonight. It’s [supposed] to rain all night long too," she wrote.
In the video above, Stephanie opened up about how often her family typically utilizes their outdoor space after totally transforming the backyard. "The kids hang out here all the time. I feel like we all do, actually," she said. "Whenever we moved in, we redid the pool tiles just to make it a little bit more vibrant. We put a swing down there, trampoline. We just made it super kid-friendly."
