The Real Housewives of New Jersey daughter had a delicious family feast before she and her parents packed up the car for her next adventure.
And just like that, Antonia Gorga has left the nest. Melissa Gorga and Joe Gorga’s daughter is officially headed off to college. But before they saw her off to the University of Delaware, The Real Housewives of New Jersey parents cooked up one last family feast. Be warned: The photos may make your mouth (and eyes!) water.
Antonia Gorga’s “Last Dinner Before College”
In a TikTok from August 23, Antonia showed her family working side by side in the kitchen of their New Jersey home. Her dad was tending to sausage and peppers at the stove, while her brother manned a pot of red sauce and her mom put the finishing touches on another dish. “The last dinner before college,” Antonia wrote in the post.
Her video also showed the family gathered around the dinner table on their back deck, which overlooks their stunning new pool. The table was set with heaping bowls of pasta and meatballs, a bread basket, a fresh green salad, and a bottle of wine. To close the video, Antonia offered a close-up view of herself having a bite of steaming homemade pasta.
Melissa Gorga’s Famous Meat Sauce
Italian-style feasts like this are a staple in the Gorga household. In the past, Melissa has even shared the recipe for her famous red sauce. Back in 2021, the Envy Boutique owner posted a video of herself making some meat sauce.
“I just put chopped meat in there first; I also put a little white wine,” she revealed. After adding onion and garlic to the pot, Melissa tossed in some canned tomatoes. “I love Redpack,” she said. “I always actually use the crushed [tomatoes] and I’ll add in one [tomato] puree just to thicken it up a little bit.”
Her loyalty to Redpack has stayed strong: The family uses the same brand of tomatoes in Antonia’s video below.

In another TikTok, the incoming college freshman showed her dad and mom gathering pillows, bags, and boxes and piling them all into two cars for the big drive to Delaware.
“When trying to pack your car for college,” she wrote on the video, which had a voiceover exclaiming: “Never back down!… Never give up!”
