The Real Housewives of New Jersey mom whipped up the most incredible Sunday spread.
On Season 11 of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, Teresa Giudice's love of pineapple has been quite the topic of discussion. But of course, the mother of four is also known for whipping up incredible, Italian-style feasts. And in her recent Instagram Stories, she put one such meal on display.
Filming the action from her New Jersey kitchen on a Sunday afternoon, Teresa showed off a massive spread that included some family favorites. She'd whipped up pans of breaded pork chops with eggplant, peppers, and potatoes. She'd made a meaty red sauce (a RHONJ staple) and a giant bowl of penne to go with it. Tre also put out a salad topped with tortilla strips.
Teresa's long used family-style dishes to connect with her Italian heritage and her family. (She even wrote a book about it!) And, she's passed on her love of cooking to her daughters. Last year, the cookbook author teamed up with her daughter Gabriella to cook her late father's favorite dish, Steak Pizzaiola.
