Teresa Celebrated Her 49th Birthday with Pineapple, Tequila, and a Glam Cake
The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member had a high-energy bash that was infused with her signature fruit.
Teresa Giudice turned 49 on May 18, but she started celebrating weeks before that. On Mother's Day weekend, The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member headed to the Hamptons for a romantic trip with her beau Luis "Louie" Ruelas — who surprised her with a lavish early birthday cake.
On May 14, she kept the pre-party going with a three-tiered, heart-shaped cake and a dinner party that saw her dressed up in her date-night best. But when May 18 rolled around, there was still more birthday fun in store.
Teresa's family members, including Gia Giudice, posted Instagram Stories from a pineapple-infused party at Fresco on Church. A tequila bar was stocked with fruity liquor and all the accouterments to make a tropical-inspired cocktail, including mint and orange slices. Holding up a cocktail in one of Gia's videos, Teresa said: "Celebrating my birthday — have my tequila and pineapple!"
As the party heated up, the birthday girl boogied with dancers wearing orange feathered headdresses. And as Teresa cut into her gorgeous Palermo's Bakery cake, the dancers cheered her on with sparklers in hand. The cake was covered in mint-green icing, flowers, and leaves; it had geometric shapes covering its top tier.
Back at home, there was more birthday love. Gia got her mama some balloons that spoke to her heart (one was printed with pineapples). Meanwhile, Louie got her a sweet arrangement of red roses and baby's breath.
