Sonja Morgan Just Detailed the Excruciating New Diet She's Following: "I'm Easing Back into Real Food"
The Real Housewives of New York City's Sonja Morgan is sticking to a tough-to-follow diet... well, most of the time.
Listen, guys: When it comes to eating, it's been a bit of a bleak past week for Sonja Morgan. In fact, The Real Housewives of New York City designer has had so little food, she's positively thrilled about a piece of fish. But there's a method to her madness. Let's have Sonja herself explain.
While at Delphine Restaurant in Hollywood, Sonja showed off her plate. "So excited," she proclaimed. "My first piece of fish since I started my five-day juice. Or, well, it was a mimicking fasting diet... but look at this food: Salmon, and then [my dining companion] is having Caesar [salad] with chicken — I'm so jealous! But I can't have that right away; I'm easing back into real food. I was only on liquids for five days, and now I'm having this. I'm so excited!"
