In an article published on January 8 by Page Six, Gina revealed she's the realtor on a massive 6-bedroom, 8-bathroom estate in La Quinta that's listed for $8,995,000 — her "biggest listing yet," she told the outlet in a video tour.

The enormous, 10,000 square-foot property, which you can check out in full detail here, has another interesting feature: its current owner is RHOC Season 15 alum Elizabeth Lyn Vargas

“It’s peaceful, you get away from the LA hustle and bustle and you come out here and you can really decompress,” Gina revealed on the house tour, also adding that the sprawling space is close to where the Kardashians live.

“Elizabeth did a really beautiful job of finding the balance of keeping some of the original fixtures but then renovating an upgrading everything that was a little outdated,” she stated of Elizabeth's interior design flourishes.

Also speaking to Page Six, Elizabeth noted that while she loved the "beautiful" home, it was "way too big" for her. "I just don’t need all the space," she shared.

Recalling her time on RHOC with Gina, Elizabeth added that the California mom's personality made her the "perfect person" for the job.

“I knew who she was from [RHOC]. I just know her personality and I was like, ‘OK, I’m going to give her a chance,'" Elizabeth shared. “People seem to want to underestimate Gina, but she is a powerhouse.”

Gina, for her part, shared how grateful she was to be chosen for the gig. “So far, throughout this process, Elizabeth has had nothing but faith in me and she knows that I know what I’m doing,” she said. “And that feels really good, especially as a relatively new agent.”
