The newly engaged Jo de la Rosa is rocking a gorgeous diamond ring these days — and that's not the only thing that's new. The Real Housewives of Orange County alum recently took to Instagram to share that she got "a little face refresh," and she filled her followers in on all the details.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Orange County on  Peacock and the Bravo App.

"Earlier this year, I made a big decision to get a little face refresh for my birthday so today, I'm sharing 'My Plastic Surgery Journey' on my YouTube channel so you can see everything I went through!" she shared. "It's been about 6 months now since I got my nose [and] my under eyes done and I'm so happy with my results!" Jo also gave a shoutout to her plastic surgeon, Dr. Niccole, and shared a photo of herself grinning beside him.

In her YouTube video, the 40-year-old Jo shared that Dr. Niccole had removed a "little bump" from her nose when she was 23. "Over the years, there's kind of this little swoop thing happening," she said, pointing to her nose. "And, I've been thinking about it for a really long time. I just had a big birthday, and I felt like I wanted to get a little refresher done."

She added: "Also, as I've aged a bit — well, a lot a bit — my under-eyes had gotten more sunken in. He said I was too young to get a full-blown eye lift. So what they're going to to be doing [is], they're going to be taking fat from my stomach and injecting it under my eyes as well. And that's supposed to last about five years."
