Back in June, Tamra Judge opened up about her decision to undergo breast implant removal surgery. In her Instagram Stories, The Real Housewives of Orange County alum shared that she was planning an "explant [and] lift" with her surgeon Dr. Ambe, who also performed her lower facelift in 2017. Now, the surgery has been done, and Tamra offered her Instagram followers a behind-the-scenes peek at the procedure.

In her Stories from July 19, the fitness buff shared footage of herself in the operating room. "Let's go! [Dr. Ambe]," she wrote in her caption.

After the procedure had been done, a groggy Tamra announced from the car: "Did it." She returned shortly thereafter with another update. "I am alive. The surgery went great. He removed my implants, the capsule around it, and I'm really looking forward to feeling better and not having to deal with all these issues. I pray to God that it helps with everything."

Previously, Tamra had shared that she has been diagnosed with the autoimmune disorder Hashimoto's disease, which affects the thyroid. She linked that health setback to her breast implants.
