Before Moving Back into Her Old House, Tamra Judge Is Doing a Major Renovation
The Real Housewives of Orange County entrepreneur is tackling her bathroom, kitchen, and beyond.
In case you missed it, Tamra Judge is moving. Again! To recap: She sold her “jinxed” house in the summer of 2018 for a few reasons — bad juju and bad neighbors among them. Next up, she and her husband Eddie Judge purchased a stunning $2 million Coto de Caza home that was surely going to be their forever home, right? Wrong.
The Real Housewives of Orange County entrepreneur recently revealed that just a year and a half after moving into the stunning 6-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom abode, she and Eddie got an offer they simply couldn’t refuse. “Our house wasn’t even on the market! My good friend [and real estate agent] Shelley Black… she said, ‘Hey, I have somebody who wants to buy your house,’” Tamra recounted on the Jeff Lewis Live podcast, adding that when she came back with another, even higher offer that was more than $200,000 over what they paid in 2018, they caved and accepted.
“Here’s the real deciding factor — two hours after we got the offer on our Coto house, the renters in our Covenant Hills house gave notice they were moving. I knew then God was giving me a sign and we needed to trust him.”
As she prepares to move once again, Tamra is doing a whole lot of work to her previous home, which she has been renting out for several years now. First up, she’s totally gutting her master bathroom and closet to create one over-the-top suite.
Next up: Removing arches in the kitchen and putting in new lighter flooring throughout. She’s also putting in a gorgeous black-and-white patterned tile in the laundry room.
We’re ready to see the final results, Tamra!
