Your First Peek at Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright's Gorgeous New House
The Vanderpump Rules bartender purchased a home with his fiancé, Brittany Cartwright, and spoiler alert: It's gorgeous.
In case you missed it, we’re in the midst of a real estate boom amongst the Vanderpump Rules friends. First, there was Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix, who sprang for a stunning $2 million, 5-bedroom abode earlier this year. Then there was Kristen Doute, who just last week got the keys to her fixer-upper (which she purchased all by herself, FYI!). Then we’ve got Tom Schwartz and Katie Maloney-Schwartz, who also purchased a home and are currently in the midst of moving “hell.”
Where does that leave Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright? We knew they were buying a house — Jax said as much to Andy Cohen on a recent Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen appearance — and as of this week, we’ve got a sneak peek of the new digs! In an Instagram post, Jax touted a new Adidas hoodie he was wearing, but really all we could stare at was the stunning home in the background.
Sure, that photo could have been taken in any ol’ “ribbon driveway” (read: cement with grassy “ribbons” cutting through it), but Jax himself confirmed the property was his new home when a follower wrote, “Are you in front of ur new house?” and he replied, “Yes.”
What do we see? Much like Tom and Ariana’s farmhouse-chic home, Jax and Brittany’s house has white vertical panel siding running alongside black details like the garage doors, gutters, and outdoor light fixtures. The ribbon driveway, however, is stealing the show and boosting the home’s curb appeal in a major way.
Not that Jax would know of the similarities… because apparently he hasn’t seen Tom and Ariana’s home yet! (See the above comment and reply for confirmation.) We’re just going to file this under: Shocking but true.
