Lala Kent's Rock-Hard Abs Cover Women Fitness Magazine
The Vanderpump Rules beauty boss shows off her TRX-toned bod — and shares why she works out first thing.
Lala Kent can add fitness cover girl to her already-long resume. The Vanderpump Rules beauty boss has been killing it at the gym in the run-up to her wedding, her trainer just broke down Lala's routine for her four-times-a-week regimen.
Now, Lala's abs are on the cover of the March/April issue of Women’s Fitness magazine, in which she's modeling a camo bra and leggings set from ZYIA Active. Check out Lala's cover story here, which shows her deadlifting and all glammed up in Give Them Lala Beauty gloss.
Lala credits her fitness routine for helping her stay centered with all her different projects. "Honestly, I have to say going to the gym and getting my workout in the morning [is a way to rejuvenate]. I struggle with anxiety — staying active starts my day in the right way and gets my mental state feeling strong," she told the magazine.
She switches it up with her exercises too. "I love everything my trainer has me do on the TRX, deadlifts, sumo squats, gravity holds, and ball slams," Lala says. "We usually target one area each day but these are some of my top picks that keep me sore."
And just like Bravo's Top Chef host Padma Lakshmi, Lala says boxing good for the soul. "I usually start with cardio or a little boxing routine. Meditation isn’t something I do — the punching bag acts as my meditation, haha," Lala told the magazine. Sounds like a great way to blow off steam from any SURver-related drama too!
Tune into Vanderpump Rules on Mondays at 9/8c.
