Ariana Responds to Stassi Saying All the Vanderpump Rules Houses Are the Same

If you've been keeping up with the Vanderump Rules crew, you'll know that many of them have purchased their very first homes over the past year. And Stassi Schroeder (who recently became "homeowners AF" with her soon-to-be-husband, Beau Clark, with a new pad in the Hollywood Hills) was quick to note in an episode that Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix's gorgeous $2 million house in Valley Village looks a lot like the houses Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright and Tom Schwartz and Katie Maloney-Schwartz bought shortly after them in the same neighborhood. 

"I haven't seen Tom and Ariana's or Jax and Brittany's, but it looks exactly like Katie and Tom's," Stassi said in the episode. "I mean, everything is identical. I can't remember whose house is whose. Does Schwartz acknowledge it with Jax? 'You have good taste!' 'No, you have good taste!' Why is no one like, 'Weird, we have the same house?'"

Ariana, however, is laughing this notion off. "Nobody had the same house, I did not get the same house as anybody else," she told BravoTV.com, adding that it's simply "not true." Enough said!

Regardless of how similar (or not) the homes are, we can all agree that it's been exciting to see everyone take that next step in life to become a homeowner. "Yeah it’s an important thing," Ariana said. "You don’t want to be wasting your money on rent for too long. And [Stassi's] rent was expensive… Tom and I, we had very cheap rent. We saved a lot. Rent control apartment in West Hollywood. Two bedroom, two bath. Honestly, it’s a freakin’ steal."
