Katie & Tom Sent Lala & Randall a Surprise on Their Would-Be Wedding Day
After having to postpone their April 18 wedding, Lala and Randall were still showered with love from their Vanderpump Rules pals.
Lala Kent and Randall Emmett had a very different April 18, 2020 than they'd initially planned. On the springtime Saturday, Randall took to Instagram amid self-quarantine with a bittersweet message:
"Today was the day we were supposed to get married," the producer wrote. "Covid had other plans for us. I want you to know Lala your the love of my life and I can’t wait to become your husband in July! I love you to the moon and back."
To console his soon-to-be bride, the producer gifted her with a gorgeous bouquet. And to console both bride and groom, Katie Maloney-Schwartz and Tom Schwartz sent them a care package that was brimming with comfort foods from a Bravoleb-adored restaurant.
In his recent Instagram Stories, Randall panned over a cluster of takeout dishes holding pasta, mashed potatoes, and pigs in a blanket. "Look at this," Randall cooed. "This is from Craig's, and one of my groomsmen, Tom Schwartz, sent this to me today when thinking of me and having had to move our wedding date. So, Tom Schwartz and Katie, one of Lala's bridesmaids, thank you for this, this really means a lot." (And we thought Tom Sandoval was a wedding-party pro! See the clip above.)
The Vanderpump Rules gang are in good company with their taste for Craig's. The West Hollywood restaurant is Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave's go-to for a family dinner out, and Brielle Biermann has traveled to L.A. just to dine there with her pals.
Lala and Randall now plan to have their wedding in late July.
