With her first book about to launch, Stassi Schroeder is providing us with tantalizing sneak peeks into Next Level Basic. The book is the definitive handbook on living the "basic bitch" lifestyle, and those tips extend to what every basic b. should eat. Allow us to introduce the food pyramid, according to Stassi.

Now, you might notice some differences between this food pyramid and the one you grew up seeing. For example, this handy chart doesn't have just any fats at the top. Instead it has these three words: "goat. cheese balls." (For those who aren't clear, those are Stassi's favorite thing on the menu at SUR.) 

The chart also contains a hefty amount of ranch dressing, with recommended vehicles (lettuce and pizza) for sopping it up. And finally, Stassi's eating rules don't dictate just nibbling on some cheese. Oh, no. This pyramid recommends all the cheese. Daily.
