Stassi Schroder — in case you haven't heard — has a wedding to plan. And when the Vanderpump Rules author had fitness and nutrition expert Autumn Calabrese as a guest on her podcast, Stassi confessed that she's on a mission to get in her best shape ever. So, will her fondness for Italian food get in the way of her fitness goals? Not so much!
When chatting with her podcast guest, Stassi said, "Italian food is my favorite type of food. I follow #RomeFood, #ItalianFood on Instagram, OK?" She added, "It’s just like watching porn. I’m not actually going to cheat on my fiancé, and I’m not actually going to cheat on [my diet], but it kind of makes sense in my head. Sometimes, I feel like looking at those photos I get just as much satisfaction out of, like, eating it."
And, it's not like she eats pasta all that often IRL. Stassi later said, "I just know that I can’t do it all the time. Like the only time I will really have that type of food is if I’m going to a restaurant and it’s like a date night or something that is special. There’s no way I’m Postmating pasta. I draw the line there."
