The Summer House cast member, who lives in Manhattan, announced on January 3 that she recently made a major real estate move in Tennessee.

Lindsay Hubbard bought a house in Nashville

"Turns out 2023 wasn’t ALL that bad for me," she wrote in the caption of the post, presumably referencing her split from Carl Radke. "I bought a HOUSE [y'all!]" However, Lindsay explained, "I won’t be the one living in it.. you guys will!"

"If you’re heading to Nashville this year with a group of friends, you can stay at my rental property starting in March," she continued. "Giddy Up because [HubbHouse] Nash is coming soon!!"

In a video Lindsay shared from her closing, she excitedly flipped through the paperwork and declared, "I did it."

Many Bravolebs showed their support with comments on the post. "Congrats Linds!" Whitney Rose wrote. "So excited for you!" Samantha Feher added, "CONGRATS BOO," and Ariana Madix shared several heart-eye and applause emojis.

Is Lindsay Hubbard still living in the apartment she rented with Carl Radke?

While she is renting out her home in Nashville, Lindsay is still currently residing in the Manhattan apartment she shared with Carl before their breakup. "I live there. I love my apartment. I spent a lot of time, money, and effort to make this home comfortable for us, for him to then burn it down," Lindsay told Us Weekly in a November interview. "And at this point, I’m not in the mind space to think about, 'Oh, where am I gonna live now?'"

Although Carl hasn't shared many details about where he now lives, he confirmed at BravoCon 2023 that he moved out of the $13,000-per-month apartment. “Out of respect… I just wanted to do the right thing and it felt right to give her the apartment,” he told People magazine during the event weekend. “Thankfully, I have a new apartment. So [I'm] excited to have a new foundation."

While we wait for more details on her Nashville house, press play on the video above to take a tour of the apartment where Lindsay currently lives.
