The sixth season, which features castmates Lisa Hochstein, Larsa Pippen, Alexia Nepola, Dr. Nicole Martin, Guerdy Abraira, and Julia Lemigova, along with friends Marysol Patton, Kiki Barth, and Adriana de Moura, picks up a few months after the explosive reunion was filmed.

Savvy event planner Guerdy is battling a health crisis after being diagnosed in March with breast cancer. Her high school sweetheart-turned-husband, Russell Abraira, quickly rallies around her, but some of her friendships with the Housewives may be tested.

She isn’t the only one focused on health. Julia tearfully told host Andy Cohen during the Season 5 reunion that her wife and tennis legend, Martina Navratilova, was diagnosed with throat and breast cancer.

“Like one was not enough,” she said.

In March, Martina announced she was “cancer-free,” so the couple is now looking forward to the future as Julia continues to manage her farm and take on some new hobbies.

Meanwhile, Lisa is embroiled in a heated divorce from Dr. Lenny Hochstein and is hoping to have a fresh start on her own.

As for Nicole, she is considering expanding her family after her engagement to attorney Anthony Lopez, but isn’t planning for wedding bells to ring any time soon. The anesthesiologist will also focus on her relationship with her father this season.

Season 6 will see Alexia find new ways to improve her son Frankie’s independence. She’ll also confront rumors about the state of her marriage with Todd Nepola. In addition, the Season 6 trailer suggests the couple could be battling financial issues.
