How Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval Maintain a "No Contact" Policy While Still Living Together
The Vanderpump Rules cast member also revealed what her ex wants to do with their Valley Village home.
At BravoCon 2023, the Vanderpump Rules cast gathered to discuss all the drama of Season 10 and also shared some details about what's to come for Season 11, premiering in January 2024.
During the cast sit-down, Ariana Madix revealed it was "difficult" to film with her ex, Tom Sandoval, and also shared new details about her living situation since their breakup earlier this year (the former couple bought their Valley Village house together in 2019 and have had an estranged living arrangement since their split).
“I’m currently staying somewhere while I’m doing [another project] because [of the] chaotic schedule and everything,” Ariana said. “But [I’m] actively trying to change the ownership of the house situation.”
More recently, Ariana shared new details about her living situation with Tom in the Vanderpump Rules Season 11 premiere.

During the episode, Ariana's pal and business partner, Katie Maloney, stopped by Ariana's home for a catch-up chat. Katie noted how "quiet" it is in the home Ariana and Tom share together as Ariana explained Tom was away shooting a project in New Zealand.
Then, in an interview, Ariana gave an update on their current living situation and how they're navigating their relationship today. "Three months ago, when Tom blew up our lives, I was not prepared to be kicked out of my house and start a whole new freakin' life," she shared. "So, even though we still live under the same roof, I've been able to maintain a 'no contact' policy."
Ariana then went on to explain the details of the policy. "We communicate via his assistant, Ann, which is great for me because I don't have to look at his stupid face but ... bad for Ann because that's literally her job."

Further in her conversation with Katie, Ariana noted how the house is the last element that is "tying" them together. She went on to share another detail she wasn't happy her former beau proposed.
"He wants to buy me out and stay here," Ariana shares, to which Katie replied, "[If] he has that kind of money ... go buy something else!"
Ariana continued: "I'm sorry but then you don't have to move but I do?"
In the Vanderpump Rules Season 11 After Show video above, Tom and Ariana share more details on their living situation, including why neither of them chose to move out after they split. "I also couldn't afford to go live in another place," Tom explains.
Despite the tension between them, Ariana notes that while "it was weird" to continue to live together, "there were parts of it that were not so bad."
She added: "The primary bedroom being as it is kind of set me up to be in a place where I could potentially be in there and have everything that I needed and not really feel like I was having to uproot or do anything that made me feel uncomfortable."
Where does Ariana Madix live now?
Ariana sat down with BravoTV.com in November 2023 for an exclusive interview, sharing another update on the home front and how she's been preparing for the holiday season.
"I am not decorating this year, I don't really have a home to decorate," she stated. "So, yeah, I won't be decorating. My decorations are all just in boxes somewhere."
When asked if she had somewhere in mind to take those boxes, Ariana replied, "Somewhere someday."
