As the Mercury team prepares for their next charter, Capt. Kerry notifies the crew he asked Kyle to resign. Pressures rise for both the interior and exterior team as they are drowning in extra duties. Capt. Kerry lends a helping hand to the short-staffed deck crew by transporting the guests to the boat. These Southern belles are single and ready to mingle with the exterior team but start to lose their patience with the interior team as they realize most of their food items can’t be sourced in Norway. Things get too hot in the galley during a stressful breakfast service, leaving Jess’s future on the boat up in flames.
