It's very Parisian chic.

Is Tamra Judge In Touch with Heather Dubrow?

Earlier this year, Nina Dobrev caught us all by surprise when she cut off a good chunk of her signature long wavy locks. It appears that the star has since caught scissor fever because she just debuted an unexpected new haircut.

The Vampire Diaries alum has gone even shorter, and is now sporting a sleek bob with wispy bangs, a first for Dobrev. We got a preview at Dobrev’s new look through celebrity hairstylist and co-owner of Nine Zero One salon, Riawna Capri’s Instagram. According to Capri, the "Nob," as she dubbed it, is for Dobrev's upcoming film Lucky Day. “She plays CHLOE a Parisian artist, so we concocted this chic European look for her character,” Capri wrote.

After catching a few sneak peaks at Dobrev’s glam session on Instagram, the actress revealed her final look at the Los Angeles premiere of Flatliners. For the big debut, Dobrev wore a Prabal Gurung white dress, which provided the perfect contrast against her dark brunette hair. Her new #Nob was angled just below her chin highlighting the star’s stunning cheekbones. As for makeup, Dobrev donned a smoked out black liner, a touch of blush, and a mauve lip.

In addition to showing that Dobrev can rock any look, this latest hair transformation proves that the bob is officially the hottest haircut of the season. Celebs like Emma Roberts, Bella Hadid, Khloé Kardashian, The Real Housewives of Orange County's Tamra Judge, and Top Chef host Padma Lakshmi are all currently sporting a similar look.

Hmmm, we wonder who will join the bob movement next?
