After putting their huge NYC condo on the market (because it was too small for their blended family), Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez have picked up a Malibu beach house for a song — and the seller was a celebrity, too. That's right, Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles alum Madison Hildebrand represented the home, whose owner was none other than Jeremy Piven. Unfortunately, the Entourage actor took a hit on the four-bedroom, four-bathroom home, which he had originally listed for $10.5 million two years ago, but sold for a mere $6.6 million to J-Rod. "Apparently the cat is out of the bag," Madison wrote in an Instagram post, "and I believe @jlo shared the news on @theellenshow herself! See, everyone's buying in Malibu despite what you heard and see on the news. We are such a resilient community and there is so much beauty here that it's possible to want to be here always! It was great working with everyone on this deal in the special thanks to @jgallowayhomes!"
