Growing up on the island of Sint Maarten and helping in his father’s restaurant inspired Adrian Martin to be a chef. After 4 years attending the top culinary schools in France and intensive apprenticeships at prestigious restaurants in Paris, Adrian decided to take his show on the road. The young chef started exploring the world cooking on yachts in his early 20s, and his passion has led him to extremely remote locations preparing meals for some of the most influential people. Through his travels he has broadened his spiritual, cultural, and culinary knowledge and incorporates all of this into a cornucopia of unique dishes made to impress even the toughest clients. When not on charter, Adrian enjoys indulging in his other passions witch include music, art, meditation, and traveling.
