Alexia Umansky Shares a Look Inside Her First Home with Her Boyfriend, Jake Zingerman
Kyle Richards' daughter has moved into a cozy new house with her boyfriend.
Alexia Umansky is settling into her first home with her boyfriend, Jake Zingerman.
On January 8, Kyle Richards' daughter hinted via an Instagram Story photo that she had moved into a new house with her boyfriend of more than four years. One day later, she confirmed the exciting news with a close-up photo of the green couch, floor lamp, and velvet mushroom ottoman in the couple's living room. "Excited to show you guys mine and Jake's new house...soon!" she wrote in her January 9 Instagram Story. "There's still soo much left to do!!"

Weeks later, Alexia shared a peek at the updated living room in a January 28 Instagram Story. The photo showed that the couple had replaced a corduroy bean bag with a cozy white chair, and gave a new look at their outdoor space.

Alexia Umansky opens up about living with Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky
Previously, Alexia had been living with Kyle and Mauricio Umansky in their family's Encino house.
"Honestly I'm in no rush [to move out]," she explained in a 2021 Instagram Story. "I love my house and my family and my room." As Alexia has previously shared, that bedroom featured gorgeous dark green walls, Gucci bedding, and its own fireplace.
As for when she planned to move out, she added in her Instagram Story at the time: "In an ideal world, I'd like to save up for something that's really special."
Alexia addressed the topic again in a May 2023 Instagram post that showed the family's breathtaking backyard (get a closer look at the outdoor space in the video above).
“I am frequently asked why I still live at home with my parents," she wrote in the caption of the social media clip. "Well… damn, it’s hard to say goodbye.”
Kyle shared Alexia's video to her Instagram Story at the time, writing, “[Alexia] made a video showing some reasons why she still lives at home...I am SO grateful that she does.”
