Anila Sajja Shares a Glorious Family Photo from Her Diwali Celebration

The Married to Medicine mom and the Family Karma crew are taking fans inside their Diwali festivities.

Anila Sajja went all out to celebrate Diwali with her family. The Married to Medicine mom recently took to Instagram to share a glimpse into how she spent the five-day Hindu festival of lights with her loved ones.

"Light, camera, action, HAPPY DIWALI!," Anila wrote in the caption of her November 4 post, which showcased a lovely photo of her beautifully dressed family, including her daughter, Aryana, her son, Avir, and her husband, Dr. Kirin Sajja, who is an Atlanta oculofacial plastic surgeon.

She added, “May the festivals of life, fill your life, with a glow of happiness and sparkle of joy!”

The mom of two also posted a video to her Instagram Stories of her lighting several candles, signifying good triumphing over evil and the end of darkness, as is custom during Diwali.

Several of the Family Karma cast members also got together to celebrate Diwali in Miami and offered a glimpse into the festivities.

"Happy Diwali from our family to yours!" Amrit Kapai wrote in a November 4 Instagram post of two group photos, which included his fiancé, Nicholas Kouchoukos, Vishal Parvani, Vishal's mom and dad, Vishal's fiancé, Richa Sadana, Amrit's mom and dad, Bali Chainani, Brian Benni, and Anisha Ramakrishna.

Vishal also shared his own family photo with his mom, dad, and Richa, and posted another group photo in his Instagram Stories.

Padma Lakshmi, whose last name is shared with Lakshmi, the Hindu goddess of prosperity around whom Diwali is centered, also celebrated the occasion with her daughter, Krishna. The Top Chef host shared a few throwback photos on Twitter of her and her daughter over the years, writing, "Happy Diwali!!!"
