Colin MacRae Reveals the Last Messages He Sent Dani Soares and Jean-Luc Cerza-Lanaux

Romance memorably bloomed for Dani Soares and Jean-Luc Cerza-Lanaux in Season 2 of Below Deck Sailing Yacht. But as the two expected a child together at the time of the reunion taping, their relationship became majorly strained as they tried to determine how they should move forward.

But what is Dani and Jean-Luc's relationship like with their fellow Season 2 crewmates now? When Bravo Insider caught up with Captain Glenn Shephard, Daisy Kelliher, Gary King, and Colin MacRae as they get ready to return for Season 3 of Below Deck Sailing Yacht, the yachties revealed whether or not they keep in touch with Dani and Jean-Luc, which you can hear all about in the exclusive video, above.

It was actually Colin who had the most scoop on the Below Deck Sailing Yacht alums. When asked if he has met Dani's daughter, Lilly, who will celebrate her first birthday in May, Colin said that he had not yet been introduced to the stew's little one. However, he noted that he and Dani "talk all the time." "She sends me videos and photos of the baby," Colin added. "Yeah, I'm super happy for her."

As for Jean-Luc, Colin also had some juicy intel. "I reached out to Jean-Luc a couple of times. He was in Panama City when I was. I could actually see the boat that he was working on. And I said, 'Do you want to meet up?' You know, because there was a bit of tension online about the whole him and Dani thing," Colin said. "And he didn't message me back."

Of course, sparks didn't just fly between Dani and Jean-Luc last season. Gary also found himself romantically involved with Alli Dore amid a bit of a love triangle with Sydney Zaruba. But, as we also learned at the Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 2 reunion, Alli had moved on with her boyfriend, Benny Thompson, and was even expecting her first child, later welcoming a baby boy in August.
