Find Out Which Crew Member Captain Sandy Yawn Told to "Pack Your Sh-t"
Sandy ominously said this about the Below Deck Mediterranean yachtie: "He knows he made a mistake."
A Below Deck Mediterranean crew member broke one of Captain Sandy Yawn's major rules on Season 8, Episode 8 — but will he pay the ultimate price by losing his job?
Though the Mustique yachties are able to let loose on their crew nights out, interacting too much with the guests during the charters can lead to some serious consequences. Chef Jack Luby learned that lesson the hard way when he obliged after the guests asked him to take a shot with them on the November 13 episode.

Chef Jack Luby's Interaction with the Charter Guests
Before the guests got on board the vessel, Captain Sandy reminded Chef Jack, chief stew Tumi Mhlongo, and Bosun Luka Brunton to not "cross" any lines.
After Jack cooked his final dinner for the guests, he sat down with them at the table to chat. The guests asked if he could take a shot with them.
"I don't think I'm allowed," he said, though he eventually did have one.
He then reflected on the decision in an interview on the episode. "I didn't even want the shot..." he said. "I can feel Tumi's eyes on me because I know, deep down, it's wrong myself. I don't know why I'm doing this, but I'm doing it."
Once he consulted with Tumi and Luka, who both advised him to talk to Captain Sandy, Jack came clean. He met with the captain in the bridge.
"I f-cked up a little bit last night," he told Sandy. "I had a shot with the guests at the table. I just wanted you to know before..."
Did Jack Luby get fired on Below Deck Mediterranean?
Captain Sandy responded to Jack's admission by telling him, "Pack your sh-t." However, she soon revealed that she was joking. "No, I'm just kidding," she said while laughing. "I'm kidding."
The two then laughed about the pretend firing, and Sandy ultimately issued Jack a stern warning.
"Just don't do it again," she said. "Thank you for telling me."
"I won't, I won't!" Jack added.
In an interview on the episode, Sandy explained why she chose not to fire Jack.
"He knows he made a mistake," she said. "I admire his honesty, and I'm glad he admitted it. And we're just gonna move on. He knows better."
