"Please give me some feedback here for sanity. Here’s how we are: My off the rails 84 year old father went on a cruise even after the one cruise got infected, and is now stuck in Madrid with his fetus girlfriend. No - he has not gotten more sane with age)," she wrote, using some humor to lighten up what is a serious situation about her pop, who was famously a pretty wild guy during his appearances on RHONY.

"My 18 year old nitwit son is staging a protest, 'I am 18 and I will make my own decisions' and will not vacate an unsupervised mansion on the beach in the Hamptons and be with family even after I sent a car to pick him up with several options of where he could go with supervision," she wrote on Instagram, adding, "Can you blame him?"

Meanwhile there are members of Aviva's family, including husband Reid Drescher and kids Sienna, Hudson, and Veronica, who are opting to be more cautious during the pandemic.

"My sister has been in the hospital for a week with an acute abscess on her appendix and cannot have visitors due to Corona[virus]. Reid and I and the two younger kids are self isolating and social distancing except for park visits (with distance from other people). We chose to stay in the big Apple. I can’t make this [stuff] up."
