Erika Girardi Opens up About What She "Struggled" with Most During Self-Quarantine
It all has something to do with Erika Jayne, the RHOBH cast member revealed.
Erika Girardi has a major confession to make. During Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on June 28, Erika shared that she was having a hard time creating new music during her coronavirus (COVID-19) self-quarantine.
"You know, it's tough because Chicago came to a screeching halt. So I was kind of lost for a second," The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills singer shared on WWHL about when her stint as Roxie Hart on Broadway was canceled abruptly amid the pandemic back in March while she had time left in her run.
Erika explained that she just felt uninspired these last few months. "And I'll be honest, it has not been this super-creative time for me," she said. "I've struggled a little bit, to be honest."
When newlyweds Robert and Justin, who were married by Andy Cohen on Sunday's WWHL after their wedding plans plans were canceled due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, shared they want new music from Erika Jayne, she agreed, declaring: "So does Erika!"
It sounds like things are looking up for Erika, which means there could be new music soon, as she shared elsewhere in the episode. "I feel better now. I've had some songs come through. I'm due for some new music," she said. "It's just a matter of me really committing and doing it. And I got to be in that right headspace and, to be honest, this hasn't been easy for me."
RHOBH returns with an all-new episode on Wednesday, July 8 at 9/8c. Catch up with the season now through the Bravo app.
