In recognition of International Women's Month, The Agency shared a post where Farrah opened up about some remarkable words of encouragement a mentor told her that she holds near and dear to her heart.

Farrah continued by offering some inspirational advice to women that will help keep them driven in their careers, saying, “If you’re an over-thinker and think that you can intellectualize your way into feeling confident about something, that is probably not going to happen.”

She continued: “Being prepared is a great foundation, but most important is taking action. You might never be ready if you’re waiting for the confidence to do something, but if you face the fear and do it anyway, the confidence will likely follow.

Farrah isn’t the only person speaking words of affirmation to young professionals. Mauricio also got in on the positivity by expressing a heartfelt message to his daughters.

As I look at all they have each accomplished — and work towards every day — I envision a world where my daughters, too, feel moved to pursue their dreams fearlessly, drawing strength from the incredible spirit of those who have come before them.”

Kyle Richards on her daughters working at The Agency with Mauricio Umansky

In a recent interview with The Daily Dish, Kyle spoke about her daughters dynamics while working at The Agency. "I'm always so fascinated by my daughters' relationships, because they are truly each other's best, best friends," she said. "They never argue, and they're all so different, and they just love working together, and I was so worried. And now they're doing this TV show together, which was another concern of mine."

Luckily, Kyle was able to provide her daughters some advice about being on TV. "I am grateful that I had some wisdom and some experience to bring to the table regarding them being on reality television together," she added. "I was very worried about their relationship and reality television."

Kyle concluded: "But, they're just so incredible, and they love working in real estate. Obviously, reality television, they've grown up in it, but it's very different when they're the focus."
